Hoosier Crossroads Conference


  • to remain conscious of the necessity of compatibility for all members
  • to develop good sportsmanship and sound competition
  • to allow for program expansion to maintain support desirable for the development and refinement of youth
  • to foster a wholesome school and community interest in all athletic events sponsored by this conference
  • to determine conference champions in each of the conference-sanctioned sports
  • to honor academic achievements of Hoosier Crossroads’ senior athletes

The charter members of the Hoosier Crossroads Conference are Avon, Brownsburg, Hamilton Southeastern, Harrison (West Lafayette), McCutcheon, Noblesville, Westfield, and Zionsville.  In the fall of 2003 Lafayette Jefferson became the ninth member of the H.C.C.  Then in the fall 2006 Fishers High School joined the H.C.C., making it a ten team conference.  Beginning with the 2014-15 sports year Harrison, Lafayette Jefferson, and McCutcheon left the H.C.C. to join the North Central Conference leaving seven teams in the H.C.C.

The Hoosier Crossroads Conference recognizes the diversity and varied interests of its member schools and believes positive competitive desire is a basic tenet of a democratic society.  The conference strives to present the best in academic, athletic, and artistic programs for all stakeholders while focusing on the development of leadership skills and positive sportsmanship for all participants.

The conference exists for the purpose of assisting students, faculties, and patrons of the member schools in achieving the following objectives:
